Whilst no prior knowledge is required a passion to work in the industry is advantageous. Ideally you will need a Level 2 or equivalent in maths and English. Assessment will take place as part of the IAG process.

It covers the knowledge, understanding and skills that have been identified in order to be able to operate effectively in a job role within the Rail Engineering sector.
